E-government y Eldy

Eldy has been customized to the needs of the Civil Service, with national ID and e-government, with the aim of simplifying public services online and increase communication with citizens.

We did a version of Eldy of the region of Lombardy and Friuli-Venezia Giulia Region, for the cities of Vicenza, Venice, Padua y Livorno, and we have also designed and Eldy Diweb for the project “Eldy ti parla” for blind and visually impaired.

Eldy Lombardy
With Eldy Lombardia, the user can type in the city, county, State hospital or through a user-friendly interface. You do not have to know the email address to send an email, since it is automarizado and efficiently to all.

It is not necessary to know the town-mail address to send an e-mail message that is automatically selected: this allows a very efficient contact as it is for everyone.
Within Eldy personalized for the Lombardy region, is also , the location of the Public Administration are georeferenced, allowing future developments regarding the proximity to people.

Through personalized Eldy, the user can use the card Regional Services to send digitally signed documents to the Public Administration, and also change the PIN to unlock the card and, with a few clicks the user can access all websites PA. a simplified way.

LIBRARIES:
The Lombardy Region offers a multi-user version of Eldy Lombardia, suitable for more than 1200 libraries of Lombardy.

HIGH SCHOOL:
Eldy was part of a specific project for high school students who receive scholarships for teaching and Eldy CRS Aging.

A million CDs:
From 21 October 2008 Eldy sent 1,400.000 CDs of Eldy program throughout the Region, along with smart card readers for major newspapers (namely, and Corriere della Sera)
