In the perspective of active aging policy of the EU and reducing the digital divide, Eldy NGO has conducted several training courses for seniors and TTT courses.
E-SKILLS WEEK: Open Session 27-28 March 2012
Eldy NGO organizes Open House event technology 27 and 28 March, promoting Seniors Vicenza, Italy.
Teachers and students Eldy Professionals help the elderly to join and enjoy the Internet revolution and teaching them how to get Eldy Eldy also use the e-mail account,Web Browser, chat, management fotos,like watching the weather forecast , as video conferencing and the new Eldy for tablets.

Eldy TTT (Training Training) courses
Eldy, thank the European Social Fund, has promoted the course “Expert Eldy over 50 years old“.
Target Group: enthusiastic over 50 years old
Objectives: empower older people to reintegrate into the labor market as teachers Eldy.
Training: During the course, participants learn all the basic skills to become excellent teachers Eldy: basic computer, the plataforma Eldy, teaching methodologies.
Prospective teachers are also able to activate a intnership cover immediately apply their knowledge in the field and contribute to the dissemination experienced in the second stage.
Courses for seniors
Example: Eldy-Borgofranco d’Ivrea.
In a community of 3000 people, Eldy was taught to 300 older adults living in a rural area near Ivrea (Turin, Italy).
Eldy was key to the success of the project because of their ability to learn.
Other examples:
Eldy-Tesero (mountain area, living in a village where only 300 elderly, with hard social problems): training at home, social volunteering, contact lively online community.
Eldy – Mexico: Queretaro, a region of Mexico with young people, but the limited diffusion of PC and computer culture, were trained over 160 people, old and young, both digital illiterates.
Eldy – Brussells: Vrije Universiteit Brussel in the elderly had classes and trained local Eldy involving young students as volunteers.
Courses for adults older women:
In particular, Eldy was involved in training of trainers for older women. The project was funded by the Province of Vicenza, and focuses on the formation of 120 women over +55.
Eldy is a platform to encourage all nationalities, all classes, all ages, and women, which polls are less literate in computer usage than men.
